Update 1 to 1.9

Just a small update to fix some small minor bugs that escaped testing as well as working on the back-end to bring some stability improvements.

• Bug fixes and stability improvements
• Added Game Select screen.
• Added Gold Bolt.
• Ghostly Ghasts appear out of Q-Crates. Spooky!
• Coins are now animated.
•  Information screen can be accessed by 'Enter'.
